In February 1990, my life was forever changed after meeting someone attending Senior weekend… I was part of the Student Ambassador group and participated in the Q&A panel, campus tours, etc., for prospective students. Little did I know that this young man, Timothy Crist (BSBA 1994 and MBA 1999) would become my husband a few years later. This year we celebrated 25 years of marriage! We have three children, one of whom is currently attending AU. We are forever grateful to AU for the opportunities it provided for connecting with other students in a safe campus environment. We were able to learn and develop into independent adults because of the environment. Our professors and advisors cared about our lives. Our experience on the Residence Life team also gave us beneficial experience in managing the diversity of people and living together in harmony. Thank you, AU, for shaping us into who we are today!
