I’ve wanted to be a nurse since I was in first grade. Initially, I wasn’t interested in Ashland University as a college choice, but I kept hearing that they had a great nursing program. I scheduled a visit and from my first step on campus, I knew this was the place for me. I felt instantly at home. I’m a pretty shy person, so it’s been shocking how many friends I’ve made since coming here. I’ve grown incredibly close to my roommate and we joined the same sorority. I’m surrounded by so many amazing, supportive people and the sense of community here has made all the difference.
