I came to Ashland because of its size as well as to compete on the track team. One of my most vivid memories is from outdoor conference last year. I wanted to get on the podium in my event, that was my sole focus. And when I got third place and came off the podium, every member of the team who wasn’t competing at that very moment surrounded me and showed me so much support. It’s an incredible feeling to be part of a group so willing to be there for you for both the highs and lows. I wouldn’t trade my experience here for the world.
