I came from a very small school, so in deciding to come to Ashland, I knew that it was going to feel like home from the beginning. I was technically a week away from signing with Michigan State University for track and field, but after attending a track camp here and talking with Coach Logan about coming for a visit, I reconsidered my signing date. After my visit, I was in love with everything. After being here for over a year, I have never been more in love with a community and school. Coach Logan had a huge part in this decision because he said he believed I could do something of significance. To this day, I have given my all. Because of him and this university, I have achieved so much more than I could have ever dreamed. I couldn’t imagine my life without Ashland University.
